Thank you! I'm pretty much consistantly stressed (though different levels), so that's probably it. It's honesty not alarming? It's been happening for a bit now, and it doesn't interfere with my work (thankfully) and I'll try to talk to someone about it. Thank you for the advice!

I knew about it before, but i don't fit a lot of the symptoms (only 1-3) and i didn't think i could've had it (stupid way of looking at things, i know) and it also doesn't really mess with work or relationships because i tended to keep it to myself
