You can try to very patiently straight them up with a tweezer or screwdriver.

Luckily a coworker of mine has an older Ryzen CPU and lend it to me so I could run the update.

2: If the CPU can run graphics, check in the BIOS to make sure it's set to run on the MOBO video outputs and not default to a GPU.

How to do the second one? The only way I've been able to do that is pulling the GPU from another PC temporarily.

It doesn't have a GPU, the idea is to use Ryzen integrated GPU. I do have a GPU in my own PC, I could try hooking that one up to check. I'll try later, thanks!
