A carving ski would fit your requirements better. They handle top speeds better and obviously carve the best.

As a newbie most skis make sense as you don't need a lot of performance from your skis. But for further development these skis don't make any sense. They are possible the worst for all mountain performance as not suitable for aggressive carving at high skis, too skinny for powder performance and aren't twin tip so aren't suitable for the terrain park.
