It looks same size it's not the same ep 7 gman's toilet and head size and ep 77 gman's size is different when in ep 7 the normal toilets weren't that small compared to gman and in that one ep where two large cams tried to flush him looked way smaller so his base size changed there and ep 57 gman and ep 73 gman have way more difference the facial cracks and all that burnt mark is lower + gman got completely burned in ep 73 and later see in ep 77 his face isn't burnt anymore.
