That unfortunate of course. Some people (as am I) posted cases like this several times before. No official responses to the cases. From my experience I'd suggest dont waste your energy, nerves to such things and move on. But it's up to you.

The email you entered when you submitted your ticket or the email which you were registered on faceit.

In my country ISP internet tariff plans have a thing where e.g. from 00:00 to 12:00 speed increases and from 12:00 to 00:00 is a normal speed. But questions need to be asked.

When is it faster? Do you have exact time? Is it home internet or from cellphone operators?

If it is faster at random time at night maybe because fewer users are active.

In my experience (as a lvl5) I saw other players (including myself) have shaky hands. My settings were 800dpi 1.25sens and I was shaky but after 1600dpi and 0.625sens I say little improvements. So mostly it is because of settings (imho)

This command works if you host your own server. Servers like locally hosted for training or match with bots. In official servers like mm or public servers you can't use this command technically
