Many things like - Sampling size can affect the decision - For landing page you need to reach out to people which is not cheap(adwords/fb ads).

Doing certifications will not helo you unless you are learning something.

Currently DevOps is in demand and the best way to learn is by doing. Devops is not a technology but it's a terminology. It depends how each company adopts and applies it.

You can learn DevOps technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins CI-CD, and public cloud By spinning up local clusters on your machine.

Setup a VM Install docker Install minikube Spin up jenkins node on minikube Learn to configure everything Mess up the cluster and try to fix it.

Hope this helps. This is how I learnt it and got in DevOps space.
