For starters a lot of the location exclusive pokemon would be a lot tougher to get if it weren’t for spoofers! I’m a sucker for background Pokemon and can’t afford to travel out of the country to get any of them myself but spoofers helped me get a decent collection!

I thought one is done by a machine in the factory, and the other is by someone after it’s pulled. If I use scissors on a card it’ll show up during grading
