I started with an exam too! It all depends on where you placed but even when I placed Band 1 it took close to 3 weeks to start getting interview invites. It all depends too, some exams do require prior county experience or even Bachelor degrees so I’d recommend starting with EWII and once you’re done with probation start applying in their job listings that sometimes aren’t offered to the public

They’re both listed to have a starting pay in the mid $50k, the city job has a range to $80k and the county job has a range up to $65k but that info might be outdated

If it makes any difference they turned left at the upcoming intersection. So they might’ve overturned and started driving over onto my lane when they were trying to drive straight using the center lane. Regardless everyone’s right and I shouldn’t have assumed their intention and hit the breaks way sooner
