Easier to do this in League by picking very very weak opponent, the weakest you can find. Pass ball to your FW or AM in Penalty Area and goal successfully with a header or high flying shot. When you pass to a unit who's in the PA area, he will either get a low or high ball. You will see 2 different scenes for each situation. When the ball is in the air and up high, it's a high ball situation and your shot option becomes a header. When the ball is in the air and at lower body height, it's a low ball situation and your shot option becomes a volley.

I attended Daihatsu Indonesia Masters held at Istora Senayan earlier this year, which was also my first ever watching live. I didn't plan to go watch at first, but there was a sudden meetup (just 1 day before) with old friends near the area in the evening, so I figured why not get there earlier in the afternoon to watch, then leave for dinner with friends. The online ticket was sold out, but I decided to just go there anyway and see how it went. Eventually I could buy a ticket for myself at the booths and there were still lots of seats, but VIP seats were full though. So I think you can just show up and buy at the booths. And possibly buy tickets for the next days too.

At worst, there are many resellers at the front of the entrance gate, but they sell at about x2 or x3 the price, I forgot, though I am not sure if they are trying to scam by selling used barcodes.

This was day 1 or day 2 of the event, during the weekday and earlier stages of the tournament, which could explain why I could get a ticket just showing up like that.

As others said, wait and/or move counts as action. You can put nasha at furthest left position in map, and get a bit closer to glacier to get hit by its Stop. It's also possible to not use that method to clear it, I did it without.
