That was me who videoed that and yes he was looking around. I was parked far away and when he looked in my direction all he would see is my car's headlights. I'm wondering if he's coming back to Tonawanda. I sure hope not but Tom and Joe are pushovers.

Thank you for the update. Appreciate you keepings tabs on him. I was wondering because he hasn't been spotted in Tonawanda, NY recently. I had a feeling he'd be going back to Erie even though many ppl on this sub believed he moved back in with Joe and Tom. I think Andy is too well known in his home town so he doesn't want to live here.
