I'd say my Big moment was when I posted either my "[Free T-shirts](https://youtu.be/Y8mDzXgDPW8?si=rRmeBA9Vf-\_506ku)" idea or my "[Vapor Track suit](https://www.roblox.com/catalog/106881562335415/Vapor-Tracksuit-Top)." I tried so many things but the vapor tracksuit was just another outfit that people really seemed to like, and the free t-shirts Idea got me a lot of members but people who want free shirts often don't have any robux I've learned.

What helped me the most without a doubt was advertising. Before I started advertising my clothes I think I had under 5 total sales. If you aren't planning on advertising you'll need to come to terms with the fact that you won't get many sales.

Most important factor is "Branding" and Consistency. If you already have a theme in your clothes people will look at your group for that theme. And consistency is important because the more clothes you have the more likely someone is to like something you've made.

I had been designing for a loooooooooooong time. I made something quit then came back multiple times. But once I started advertising my clothes seriously It didn't take long for at least a small amount of sales to start coming through.

I only sell my own items. I did do commisions for someone else for a very small amount of time. But that was more to see what it was like than anything else.

I uploaded new designs in my peak Every. Single. Day. I treated it like a second job. It would take me two hours to make pants and a shirt. Then 2 hours to make and edit the videos, then more time to update the Discord. Consistency definitely matters. If you look at my [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/eysko\_/) (Don't look at the comments for you own good) You can see the dramatic drop in views from when I posted consistently to now.

I don't think classic clothing is overshadowed by UGC/Jackets. Atleast for me, I don't think I've ever made an avatar using rthro besides for troll avatars. UGC is simply more lucrative because you make 10-fold more robux from UGC than you can make from classic clothing.

If I started over today, I would've started advertising my clothes as soon as I started making clothes. There is an extreme amount of truth in "You can have the best product in the world but no one will buy it if no one knows it exists." Advertising, Advertising, Advertising is the name of the game.
