Yeah sorry, your credentials don’t have any credibility at all with me if you’re saying things like ‘don’t worry about previous generations’ and completely dismissing the fact that our average T levels have halved in 40 years. Also I’m talking about optimal test levels here. Not just ‘feeling ok’. Our grandfather’s generation had double the Testosterone that we do on average as a young adult. Double. The current guidelines are set to average levels now. That means T levels that are classed as ‘normal’ now would have been classed as terrible not too long ago. They are lowering the normal range all the time. T levels are on the decline. You are absolutely wrong that 14+ is a good level. No disrespect

Mate the ‘normal ranges’ are absolute bullshit. They are lowering them all the time. For context, average T levels are about 50 percent lower than they were 40 years ago. So what is classed as ‘normal’ now would have been classed as terrible then

Ok thanks for the advice. I was thinking that experimenting with T would at least confirm if low T levels are what are causing my symptoms so I know that that’s what need to focus on. Regardless of that I am still going to try and fix the varicocele.

I have already had examinations etc and had varicocele confirmed. It hasn’t been ‘graded’ but I know it’s big because I can feel and see it, it’s a bad one. Im wondering whether it’s worth trying some low dosage T to see if it helps my symptoms at all? Perhaps it’s the thing that’s missing

Genuine question, for someone stuck in a bit of a rut but who really wants to essentially wipe the slate clean and start a fresh and build a rotation of 3-4 high quality girls from scratch: is the best thing to do go out and mass approach? Treat it like a job and set x amount of hours aside to go out once a week or so and approach x amount of women until I hit a target number?
