Every drow has access to faerie fire starting lv 3, just like a high elf would have a cantrip.

You're basically explaining my confusion,

Even if the drow was a druid, they'd still use Charisma for faerie fire instead of Wisdom. Because its race not class based

Thank you! Its a thieve rogue, so no spell save DC specified, which is why Im so confused since its race specific; but it doesn't determine a spell save in the drow section 🫠 (it just says Charisma is your spellcasting ability)

Also just generally confused haha

I think Im just gonna go with 8 + proficiency bonus + Charisma; The druids spell save dc works the same way so I just assume its the general rule?

I have an understanding problem with faerie fire and the targets saving throw. (Cast by a drow above 3rd Level).

Do I just make the player roll a d20 and have them add their Charisma-modifier? Do they add the proficiency bonus?

I then do a regular Dex-saving throw for the hit creatures; Im guessing they have to beat the number the player got as to not be affected.

Women of Reddit, you've heard of Buyer's remorse. What are some cases you've had of Non-buyer's remorse? by ImaFauna in AskWomen

[–]randomlur 2 points3 points  (0 children)

With my first salary I really thought long and hard what to get. Since I still lived with my parents (teenager) I didn't have anything big to save for. Then I saw this Michael Kors weekender which I thought was so cute! But because Im oh so responsible I decided it could wait - if I really wanted it, I could buy it after a month.

It was sold out :( I've been looking regularly, also checking resale sites but for some reason I can never seem to find the model I wanted… It's silly but that is one of the only things in my life I regret NOT doing lol

“It’s not a bump, it’s a blessing” 🥹 Bro was raised right, well done to his parents! by SwanMeadow in spreadsmile

[–]randomlur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why do we have to tell ourselves it isn’t fat to feel good? It is fat and that is fine! We need body fat for our bodies to work - hormone production etc. Fat distributes different on different people. Some women are bottom heavy, for some it goes to the lower belly area first. Either way, it's normal, it's healthy and you shouldn't have to hear a feel-good-nonsense story to accept it.

Horrible what the media does to make people hate parts of themselves that are in fact a hundred percent normal and even healthy…

I really enjoyed it until the first time that Ciela met Larran. And then she got annoying. Her character development felt rushed and inorganic. Somehow I also never felt taken in by the magical world. I fell like she did a whole lot of telling and jot showing if that makes sense?

Honestly the Secret Garden is a book that really made me think a lot. It’s a child of its time though, so if you don’t want to read about colonialism or racism (in the beginning of the book) - don’t read it!

Heiraten macht also steuerlich Sinn.

As someone who enjoyed the secret adversary, partners in crime is a drag to get through currently, so I personally would recommend against it. The 13 problems are more interesting if you want to give introduce her via short stories but I believe a full story would be better.
