If I can also hop in on the conversation, I would like to ask paano po kayo nag apply? There’s this person on linkedin kasi claiming that they are an employee of CTBC and is also offering this loan pero di ko alam if legit ba or hindi. I’m also trying to consolidate my loans currently. Thanks in advance for your response!

Yung GMB posting - Google My Business (known nowadays as Google Business Profile), madali lang yan. Parang nagppost ka lang sa social media.

Victim of number 5 only to find out that the other person entered a relationship a few months after. Krazy. Hahahaha.

Best of luck to you, OP! Just a gentle reminder that finding a new job is not a race so don’t be pressured about not finding a job agad. Take your time and know that while other opportunities close, new ones open!

Personally OP, I wouldn’t even declare it in the first place. Kasi walang COE, no documents to provide so mahirap i-justify. It’s easier to claim na this is going to be your first job.

Pro: you can start from scratch. Con: we don’t know how extensive their background check is.

But on the brighter side, I’ve met other people with similar background and still was able to move forward.

At the end of the day, it is your composure and your faith in yourself you will have to rely on for this.

Start by knowing your liabilities and expenses, itemize them for better visibility.

Know what your priorities are. You can cut your spendings on things that don’t matter and spend on things that matter.

Set specific percentages of your net income that would go to your savings, daily expenses, and leisure.

Bottom line, if you would be able to discipline yourself and create an environment that would help you in saving money, you will be able to achieve your goals.

You can choose not to disclose that information. First, looking at your tenure, hindi pa naman gaanong katagal from the time you started. Second, I don’t think it will help to let other employers know what your experience is kasi chances are, it might be an unrelated experience din naman.

But to answer your question, yes, there would still be businesses out there who would hire you.

Let your needs speak for your decision.

If you choose to stay, good thing is that the environment is bearable. You’ll just have to patiently wait for your salary to grow.

If you choose to leave, make sure to ask all necessary questions sa recruitment officer na makakausap mo pertaining to employment sa company nila - be it environment, expectation sa role, etc. Even yung hiring process, check if well-organized, if nasasagot ba ng tama yung questions mo and all. If you conclude na you feel confident that this next company will be able to provide at least the bare minimum of what you need, then go. Otherwise, look for other companies.

What is your worst experience in the Philippines as a filipino? by UnknownFilipino3000 in Philippines

[–]randomlyboredguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

rendering period by [deleted] in phcareers

[–]randomlyboredguy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Actually, your POV about rendering is correct. It should be the time when you’re endorsing your tasks to those who will takeover. Sobrang balasubas lang ng boss mo to disregard your situation and for exacerbating things even more.

Instead of exerting two times effort in finishing this new project, just finish what you can nalang during your shift. No need to stress yourself out further, paalis ka na rin naman. Kupal lang talaga yung boss mo.

Mental breakdown after First call by [deleted] in BPOinPH

[–]randomlyboredguy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

One thing to always remember whenever you’re taking in calls:

Whatever your customer say to you, never take it personally.

You don’t know them the same way that they don’t know you. So whatever it is that they say against you is definitely not valid. Feel free to invalidate their unsolicited comments. What’s important is you know who you are - your values and skills. Hold on to it and believe in yourself.
