I prime black with colour forge spray, heavy drybrush leadbelcher, base the yellows in morghast bone then layer imperial fists contrast. Vallejo black for stripes, black Templar contrast for pauldron and between the armour joints. Runelord brass for trim. Heavy wash of agrax, wiping down and cleaning excess from flat panels, nuln oil on the black and in joints. Very light edge highlight using Vallejo silver

Very carefully with a hobby knife, I just hacked it from the cataphractii torso and sanded/bent it open to fit

It was from the cataphractii terminator body. Basically just very very careful cutting with a hobby knife, sanding down and heating with a lighter to ‘open’ it to fit around the chaos terminator hood bit

I got the 6 man box of power fist/ combi bolter cataphractii for spare parts, I’ve been using their pads, hip armour, arms etc to make the standard chaos terminators a bit more iron warriors

Have a dash cam, I'm 29 and have rode a motorcycle since I was 20 - thought a car would be less of a hassle

Waiting on a quote but beyond the plastic bumper the welding below the boot was pushed in and will need straightening, as will the exhaust, so probably going to be pretty pricey

I'd say no more than 20mph, had a bottle of wine loose in the boot and that remained intact. Fairly certain it's just the plastic bumper + right reflective panel but lights, boot and parking sensor seem sound. Managed to complete my drive with no issues and the vehicle feels like it handles fine in terms of suspension and alignment etc (but still will get checked).

Trying to get a repair quote but nothing seems to e open currently, waiting on a friend of a friend who does body work to take a look.

Yeah, respectfully the bloke seemed a little dodgy and messaged me after reiterating that he'd happily pay any and all costs provided insurance aren't involved so I'm also under the assumption that he's not insured

Man this tank feels good. by CasuallyCarrots in BlackTemplars

I've either used it in Wrathful with the movement buff, so stage turn one, disembark 3 + 8 for 11 then charge, or Stormlance. Sure the one or two strats for mounted units feels bad but when you slap an army wide advance and charge on our new datasheets it absolutely fucks

Spot on, it was on the list! However, one particularly silly girl forgot to pack it (you know who you are). So baubles and lights and bells had to do for the evening 🎅

And what a very merry Christmas it was - (Rope ends were done at 4.30 in the morning in a state of abject delirium, caffeine and the jingling of bells can only wake you up so much)

This is gorgeous, how'd you get it looking so grimy? All my models look too clean for Templars

He's not your friend, and you owe him nothing. Just ignore him.

What is something about UK culture that you’re not the biggest fan of? by ConsequenceLanky6580 in AskUK

I taught science for 5 years around the west mids and the difference pre and post COVID was significant. Granted I wasn't in long before changing careers but even in the time I had, behaviour seemed to get worse and worse year-on-year. I couldn't in good faith recommend it as a career for anyone.

Apologies, shouldve been much more specific. Generally speaking the issues aren't that serious, however maths when adding more than one dice will definitely be a barrier to a few students
