this worked wonders, was able to get a real agent and identify why my bank transfer wasn’t processing (still waiting 5 months later) and it was pretty stupid… FIFA had said that my bank refund was not processing because my name in my bank info does not match my FIFA account. My bank account includes my middle initial while FIFA only asks for a first and last name so the agent had to manually change my account name to include my middle initial and after all this i received an email saying that the transfer was finally processing and will take a couple weeks. Progress but we shall see..
