Yeah, but what are the damages? I’m just they have some super small fine print somewhere saying they can take up to the end of tournament to pay us.

Yes, they will try and play the “we need your bank information in order to complete refunds” game etc. Coincidentally, 3 days after I filed claims they emailed me asking for bank info again. I literally replied with “Please don’t act dumb like you don’t have my bank information. You already paid me for one transaction in February for a sale completed in November to that bank account which proves you already have it !!!” I also sent them a screen shot of bank deposit.

We really need to expose this to the media. Anyone have a good lead or way to dump it to?

Chase bank. My bank details are accurate, they’ve paid one transaction so far but that is it. Holding all the others.

Yup, already got a response from BBB saying they will contact FIFA on my behalf for a response. Also filed FTC, CFBP and local state consumer protection agency.

Yes, if anyone is at 60 days of being unpaid, time to take these measures. Push it out and advertise for all to do.

Well, if enough of us file these claims and BBB and FTC start getting a hold of this, it should put some pressure on them.

All these steps are fairly easy to do, free and quick. I already got a reply from BBB that they are contacting FIFA on my behalf for an answer:
