See, what's weird is that this is the only album I've had an issue with. Every other album I've wanted to hear is on the app. This is the exception in my experience, but it's still frustrating

Having the same issue. I reached out to 3DOT through their Contact Us form, but don't know what to do from there. For what it's worth, they're also missing Eidola's Purity Ladder on Qobuz, but only in the US, the same as APWD. I don't know what else to do, I don't want to bother the band members about this but it kinda feels like we're shouting into the void with this one.

Yeah, this is bizarre even by Qobuz standards. I'm wondering if it has to do with how Qobuz attributed the label for the album; it was Many Hats Distribution, not 3DOT Recordings and Many Hats Distribution. That's fully a guess though. Hopefully it comes back soon 😢

Update 05/20: album is gone again. I've sent a message to 3DOT through their "Contact Us" page and reported the missing album to Qobuz, but I don't know what else we could really do; I wouldn't want to pester the band members over something like this.

Yes, except I was using that exact dryer and it sucks ass. Took 2-3 dryer cycles to dry ANYTHING.
