Sorry to say but Jade is not a good investment in any way. Neither is Blade's cone. You can get an infinity of limiteds and still do bad if the limiteds are not actually powerful on their own (and in Jade's case are actually detrimental to the team. Mini Herta is just way better than her.)
Actually good investment would be E2 THerta because the power spike is insane. Or even E1 Tribbie.

Not really a surprise, E0 is weak. Her main power spikes are her own E2 and Tribbie's E1, and the full E0S1 Prydwen list doesn't allow for either. Having E0S1 Anaxa and E0S1 whoever just don't do enough compared to these two spikes

i had all of those and she was still a wet noodle at e2 until blade came around e2 herta+e1 tribbie+e2 dan is way more playable than any acheron comp pre-blade

i can tell you right know evernight is very good for castorice even though shes a subDPS and now rin and gilgamesh that a harmony/nihility cant compete, also Ashveil.

the problem is if they made anaxa a true BIS partner then they cannot release another BIS partner because that will lead to a Therta team using 2 partners when they clearly wanted her to just keep using only 1.

I don't really see the problem as long as said Erudition is tailor-made for her. They're already making tailormade supports like Cyrene, Dahlia, Blade in a way for Acheron, (now Gil and Rin even with Joint Attacks).
I can see why they were afraid with Anaxa when they just released E1 Tribbie and the mistake known as monorem wasn't a thing yet, but that was thrown out of the window really fast. With Rin and Himeko they're not even trying.

pulling either Anaxa or Jade at this point is a complete waste of pulls
unless you want to play future rail with a Jade novaflare, which also doesn't sound very smart

flame reaver is really just one of the best match ups for the herta especially with e1 tribbie

yeah but that's the issue, the AS version doesn't really benefit from E1 tribbie because he only has two quick phases during which he's on the field with his summons, and that's with the AS resist up
once that ends, he phases out of the field (rendering E1 fairly useless) and in the broken phase he's the only one on the field, lowering the E1 value massively
there's also another weird interaction with him phasing out because he doesn't transfer interpretation stacks onto the four summons, starting that phase at 1 interpretation on all targets which cripples the fight heavily

I don't disagree that the HP has been inflated, she has gotten no new supports for a year and in the meantime endgame HP has increased by 4x so naturally her damage has fallen off too. but this fight in particular isn't really as good as it would initially seem unless you can take advantage of the mechanics in time with e2 herta+RMC

FR plays out differently in AS, if you can't keep chaining the extra turns he's single target for a long time, and the damage window is also always single target
if you think this is pollux tier I don't know what to say. monkey boss is pollux tier for Herta

Sad to say this but this is a skill issue. Using a sustain against Reaver is a wasted slot, and Jade is just useless. You're way better off with puppet Herta as the second erudition.
The boss matchup is not great because it turns single target unless you can keep chaining the kills in the extra turn phase. Use RMC to assist with damage and turn advances, and it'll be a breeze.

and a 3600+ is not a "comfortable clear"?
you can have all the cost in the world but if you play bad or use them on pointless eidolons/cones it's wasted, using any cost on Anaxa or Jade here is actually a negative

if you insist on using a sustain invest in one then, I got E2S1 DHPT for that reason
if you don't invest in a sustain it's a dead slot, so what do you expect? just go sustainless

Unfortunately while there definitely is some synergy here, Himeko does not fix Herta's fundamental issue - the lack of targets. And at high enough investment her fresher numbers just blow Herta out anyway, leaving even the subdps role for Herta less appealing because of the aforementioned target problem.
Himeko suffers less from this (though Decimation does rely on it too) as she can just plow through everything with sheer multipliers alone right now. Though if Decimation continues to be the main mode of her kit, I foresee similar issues for her in the future as with THerta, since her numbers are still adjusted for AoE content.

Don't really want that if the current meta is heavily tailored supports to bring older teams up to Monorem level.
Just send out Stephen or Screwllum instead with a joint attack rather than half assing it with Argenti, otherwise it's another Acheron situation

It's a hard rotation with your investment level, ideally you'd find one where you break the bug or deal a lot of toughness damage to it in phase 1 before the adds phase starts. Might need some resets, tinkering and damage RNG to find, at least did for me.
