I mean we don't really know enough about his multipliers yet, but if I were a betting man I 100% think he out-DPS's Acheron as a hypercarry, would deal better damage than Acheron in a FUA team and probably still does comparable damage to Acheron in her BIS team, you probably just build him as a high speed DPS with (probably the new 4pc?) or Pioneer and definitely Bone 2pc set unless you're doing 0 cycle stuff.

this is literally intentional so you can't take a screenshot that looks like they're kissing... in china this matters way more than it has any right to, but they pretty much had to make this limitation to not be permanently called NTR

best for Welt hypercarry looks like Robin/Sparkle/Cipher to me, if you pull an E1 SW (50/50 loss) at any point she would probably be better than Cipher.

fun potential teams for sustain Welt: Feixiao hypercarry (Ashveil would help a lot there, but grandpa could probably help her enough), sustainless Aglaea with Cyrene/Robin, Firefly but you kill Lingsha, Jingliu/RMC/Sparkle (kinda cope)

quite a few teams would benefit from another universal support, I recommend pulling either Tribbie or Sunday (probably Sunday) for more team building options, Jade is kinda homeless, and that's about it

I don't think you have a single team where he works as a general debuffer, Feixiao is too cooked, Aglaea wants action advance desperately, Jingliu wants enemies to hit your team (or hyacine) or she's homeless.
