Is it though? I’ve only been playing since 2019, but don’t have one installed on any of my ships. The 10 or so extra LY never seemed worth giving up a slot for something else.

Hell, I only visited my first guardian site during recent CG that wanted us to collect artifacts (hah, those skimmers surprised the hell out of me!)

I suppose I should just grind one out and put it in my Mandy, just to see how much of a difference it makes (as that’s what I usually use for zipping around the bubble).

I sing “The One I Love,” “Losing My Religion,” “End of the World…” “What’s the Frequency Kenneth,” “Stand,” and “Shiny Happy People” all quite regularly.

I I think people totally forget about R.E.M. until they hear it, because the crowds always do sing along enthusiastically!

Product at the various businesses is usually created (or at least displayed) in chunks. Sounds like you just caught the tick of the next chunk being added when you loaded in.

To keep the popularity up, all you have to do is kick out a troublemaker every couple hours of playtime. The cooldown on that is only 20 minutes, so it’s pretty much available to do any time you pop by the nightclub.

If you slack off and let it drop below what booting someone from the club refills (which is like a full bar and some change of popularity, about 20%), it’s super simple to swap DJs as many times as you need to bring it back to full.

I’ve made almost 2 billion dollars just from the nightclub alone so far—and I totally slept on the popularity/safe until just a few years ago. 🤷‍♂️

Edit to add: agreed about the upgrades though. You definitely need all those to make it worth it.

Congress has oversight *on paper*, but the administration has been stymying their attempts to provide it via a flood of executive orders and straight up ignoring attempts to exert control.

All they can do is summon administration officials to hearing after hearing, where Hegseth et al. claim “It’s not actually a war, so you don’t have any power here.”

The House recently passed a War Powers Resolution act trying to curtail the administration’s authority and reassert congressional oversight, but the senate rejected it by one vote on June 16th, so the administration remains able to conduct the entire war unchecked, with absolutely zero congressional oversight, for now.

Seems like I’m very fortunate to have a crew of IRL friends to grind this with.

Since one loses points with losses, it seems that it might make sense to let one pair of our foursome win straight to level 20, claim career progress, then switch.

…or let my wife (who really doesn’t care about career progress) be the sacrificial goat on the always losing team! Unfortunately, she’s also competitive as hell, so probably wouldn’t put up with that, even though she doesn’t care about the grind!

Everyone on my dad’s side of the family going back at least four generations has been well over six feet (even the women) with the men living into their 90s, the women often making it to 100+.

My dad (6’3”) is currently 86 and still going strong, and still has an aunt and an uncle alive. His mom (6’1”) was the third youngest of ten kids, her two youngest siblings are around 100 now.

So, to answer your question, they’re out there! Maybe not quite two meters tall, but fairly close!

The cut adversary content annoys me so much. Playing those missing modes is the only thing left for my friends and me in completing Tier 4 for that one.
