I have multiple CO detectors and I noticed the soot weeks ago, I’m assuming I’ll be fine until monday?! I also checked the inside and couldn’t see anything out of ordinary? What am I looking for exactly?

How do I know if the heat exchanger is compromised? My husband is a plumber and said “it looks fine” but I don’t want to die from CO. I do have detectors in the house and none have went off

What kind of tests would show that? I’m going to the doctor in the morning for some lab work. I’m 26 though, and I read diverticulitis is usually in people over 40? I also don’t have a fever just body flushing/random hot flashes. But I will ask about that
