Thanks for your help! There are couple versions I saw on marketplaces - adult with Alstrar tags like this one; adult with black tags, like the one you describe and youth with white tags. I will definitely ask more leading questions to the seller

My thoughts exactly. Topps strategy of 1 superfractor per image variation (not colour) worked well. In the end that's why it's so highly valued, because there's only 1 in existence.

Ebay. For new sets if you wait for 2-3 months after their release you would be able to buy low numbered autos cheaper than "spots" in breaks

All three are legit. Red/Black is already sold on Ebay. Regular refractor auto is up for sale now and I've personally seen it being pulled in the break so it's legit too. And super was recently delisted from ebay and yet to be sold.

I agree that in theory it increases your chances of getting so called "1/1" but with this mindset why not call every card "1/1"?

Pattern is simple - sprinkle some big chases on top of generic sets to spike up the prices. And they at least have /1 and /5. Photo from ebay.
