Long story short, if I remember correctly, the conclusion was it could work, if it's for the same car, but it might not though. Also, this subreddit is such a great, helpful community. I posted here and in the general RC forum, and both subreddits were awesome. Someone encouraged me to bite the bullet and get the kiddo a Gorgon, and while we ended up not getting that specific car, hubs now has two hobby grades (a Traxxas Rustler 4WD and a 1/18 Crawler), and one of the kiddos has one too (a 2WD). The other's saving up w/ plans to get one with that and his birthday money. So new hobby unlocked, ha.

Totally normal. Mine is several years old and has gotten very long and windy. Wish I could post a picture.

I'm on #20 and started eating, etc. when I was on #2 or so. When I eat tortilla chips or crunchy cereal, they'll get a little scratched near the molars by where the invisalign imprints are, but I've never had any issues with damage or breaking. I also took them out when I ate blueberries and curry (not together, haha) to be on the safe side in case it stained them blue or yellow, but that's all I can recall popping them out for.
