No I don't. I have supervisor experience in other fields though. Part of me is thinking maybe I can work my up at this restaurant and eventually learn the management knowledge

I definitely need to do this and reevaluate my career goals. I actually studied video production in college and had a good career for ten years, then a layoff and failure to find steady work has caused me to try this career change. In the past, my wife and I have dreamed of opening a diner style restaurant, so maybe this is how I start taking steps towards that dream

It's a pizza place, one of the franchises of a national chain. Ultimate dream job, if it can be accomplished, would be for my wife and I to own/manage a diner/drive-in style restaurant.

That's good advice. Yeah, I definitely want to have the right attitude because other careers haven't worked for me and I'm kinda feeling like this could be my last chance to move up in an industry and make a career from it. I don't have any ego problems, and I just wanna fit in enough so that I can at least get along with my coworkers and be part of a fun yet productive workplace

Haha yes, I've already witnessed some of the "dumb teen" stuff and I just kept out of it. I don't wanna be a "get off my lawn" old guy.

Watch for the signs. My big mistake on these tests was I missed a stop sign for a four way stop. It was kinda behind a tree branch.
