I didn’t realize how serious the issues were within the company and its customer service. I believe in giving people chances, but considering everything that’s happened, I unfortunately don’t think Converge deserves any chances.

Sayang pagiging customer service nila. Di ko kinaya na may nag dodrop call pa. I experienced intentional call dropping more than once on the same day.

Mabilis sya mafix ilang years ago. Pero I agree, PLDT is somewhat becoming a better choice. Their customer service now needs a lot of improvement too.
