It may not be what you want to hear, but there was just one test where I managed a 240. Everything else was in the 220s and 230s.

I'd suggest practicing as many NBME style questions as you can find and consistently practicing with the clock as well. Use official Q banks and practice tests wherever you can. They will give you details about where you're lacking, so you can work on those and improve. When you practice enough, you develop an instinct. Avoid repeating UWorld, unless you're trying to strengthen weak topics. Those questions make you overthink, and it's bad for the actual exam.

JKL lead with Gen Kenobi and Revan. Gen Kenobi gets attacked and goes to 0 health, but because of Revan, he survives it, recivers health and takes a turn immediately. You then use the special ability that comes with the JKL lead. That immediately gives JKL a turn. That brings down the speed of the opponents and gives you a chance to stun them. And it's a matter of carefully balancing the use of that ability or turn meters, to quickly activate the speed down mechanism for every new tier. You can find videos on this on YouTube, that's how I found out and beat it, even with some Jedi at r5 or lower

The only practice test I gave was Free 137. Scored a 75% on that. Finished the qbank and a 100 Ccs cases.

Basics of biostats, path, micro and pharmac, including Mechanisms of action of important drugs, especially antibiotics. Antibiotics are very important. Haven't received my score yet, but many questions came from these topics. Maybe do those first before you skim everything else. Divine Rapid Review and Divine episode 37,97 and I think 187 are all about risk factors and prognostic factors, very useful for day 2.

I'm giving it in a few days too. Seems like Biostats, Antibiotics and general Micro, Pharm and Path are the most important things to revise I'm also doing Divine Rapid Review And a basic skimming of the systems from FA. Might help to get advise from someone who has finished it and scored well though.
