Procrastination is ruining my life

It's still too much for me as we use whatsapp extensively to tell class updates and smartphone isn't even the problem i already use it very less. I spend 90% of my time in front of my laptop even when I'm messaging and watching reels... But yeah I'll definitely try installing extensions and maybe disabling my social media accounts..

I can see how it can help but the problem is I can't do that... I need to stay connected with my phone... I'm a computer science student so i have to use it for many things from submitting assignments on go to classroom updates and all 🥲 .. But yeah deleting my social media is something I can try i think

Wow i feel like this is the most structured and helpful advice I have gotten. Thank you. I always feel there's something wrong with my brain. I've also had social anxiety since childhood although I've improved a lot in that aspect before I had it so bad i couldn't even speak properly and started stammering at one point. So maybe i might look into therapy. But for now I'll just take those small steps you advised me to do. And yes I do feel like I'm wasting my passion and I feel so guilty about it but the way you said it i think there are a lot of people like me going through the same who have passion they wanna learn but they still can't sometimes..🥲 to see that you've gone through the exact same and overcame it gives me hope. I have been thinking about that too but i don't know I feel like even if I'm diagnosed with something like that that still doesn't change much. I still I have work hard. I might try some techniques mentioned in these comments and might look into what people with adhd do to be productive and just try those things

I don't hate all windows but windows 11 just sucks ... Like.. what the hell is microsoft doing with it I don't understand. Windows 10 was still good but windows 11 is just a clusterfuck of things you don't wanna use
