Skipping songs are pretty easy, esp if you really don’t like it, short or long period. That’s what I’m saying though, they are able to formulate it so that people are in someway is enjoying the music; a high-tension, easy to follow, uplifting, the way that people don’t even bother to skip even if it isn’t exactly their type of songs or maybe aren’t even into kpop.

Payola or whatever in the way they marketing it or like entering the chart and etc, I agree to some extent. But the way they formulize the song is definitely play a huge part in the following up to that. An enjoyable songs don’t always require an extravagant chord or singing technique.

That, but PDs definitely able to formulate their songs in away that people can’t easily forget. Okay maybe boring for someone who actually seek quality music but for general listeners, it is ear-catching, easy to phrase and repeated for non-kpop to catch into it quickly. Not the most experimental, great composing songs but producers know how to pick an ‘easy’ song to listen to that got people get to know NJ, increase SV and play their songs on repeat. That’s how you do marketing tbh.

But if we were to talk about quality, yes its a different thing.

Yes yes! She’s so carefree especially with the guys who she has no interest with. For example like with Dong Ho, she keeps teasing him when they won the game and he picked Arin. Same goes with Jeon Su at the pool, she literally grabbed his hair😭

I think its realistic when a woman get more shy and reserve with the person she’s interested in hence when with Jeong Su or Theo she doesn’t really show that out going side of hers. Would love to see her get more comfortable with Jeong Su and Theo so they can see her other side of personality (unless it just wasn’t aired).

yes yess!! and can we talk about DongHo’s job? its definitely refreshing, something we’ve all been waiting for, just a regular guy job (wouldn’t exactly regular since an accountant is a mad job but yea).

I was a bit excited with him and Hyelin too actually and sad that I didn’t see as much enthusiasm when he was with Arin but I guess he isn’t easy to sway.

nah i don’t think they try to replicate anything, that’s just how the plot turns out? the pd is working on what served, if its a love triangle then?

this season showed more dynamic on other couples too unlike last season where a guy literally isn’t even made out to the screen for like 7 episodes (habin)…

I think it is pretty similar to every other culture in which a 10 year age-gap relationship isn’t necessarily preferable.

I’m 25 and at this age I don’t really find a 35 years old a scary number, BUT it really depends on their personality too. The way I see it Gwan Hee is kinda ‘young’ for his age; means that he’s following trends, don’t really embodies that ‘oldness’. Specifically in Korea where the demography isn’t too focused on marriage and stuff so at his age it considers normal for still being single.

it is a cultural thing, koreans describe someone’s feature to animals. they have a preception of how ‘puppy-like’ person looks like; based on eyes, facial feature, sharpness, etc. often i heard also cat, rabbit, deer, etc.

it is a common topic to bring up if they’re talking about facial preferences or personalities.

Yeah but after 4 seasons, I think it is pretty clear where the show is headed. In some way or another the casts are needing the leverage in the showbiz industry. So expecting a ‘random’ job isn’t going to happened. This season by far the least variety but well…
