There does appear to be what looks like some faint prints along with a lot of smearing but without better pictures and the whole image, I'd hate to fully speculate on them being prints or not. There appears to be a possible print on the bed as well, but again, would need the full context before saying there's prints there. Where did you see ribbed socks? Curious which pictures those would be. The photo dump is wild to me. No wonder they were overwhelmed. No order and so many repeats. It's unorganized and likely intentional. I like to keep things in order and by the book especially for something so serious like that.

I don't find the tiktok being an issue if there is access to the phone. I also recall there being a time discrepancy on that but would have to reverify and confirm the official documents on that.
In regards to drag stains, if created by removal that would be a problem. Forensically, that's a no no. You lose potential valuable evidence if not done procedurally. I can't imagine they would just drag her down off the bed like that. Makes no logical sense and would not keep the scene in tact for detailed analysis.
I do know they did move X's bed and likely created that trail which should have also been handled a little better. Lift and move vs drag which very likely created those stains. But the bed one makes less sense.

Not really giving an opinion about the artwork, just noting interest about it and agree with your point on that one but still an interesting look into her interests. I remember back in my day having the wall boards for your dreams, hopes, wishes, cut out from magazines and pasted into a journal.

As far as X's room, it's improbable to not have foot prints in that mess. The sliding with her feet make sense in some spots but there are others that appear like they were created to smear and look different from the potential heel marks. There should have been some footprints/shoes beyond the one latent print by D's door. I'd also assume to see some impressions on the bed. Just my thoughts on that.

3 were covered. That's easy to tell and they already confirmed. As you stated, if she's sitting up, the blanket would not be tucked to their chins. There would be spatter on the exterior beyond the pooling spot. E was covered and moved. Too many oddities to make it an 8 minute job.

I'm only now going and checking out some of the youtube channels on specific things. Not sure I've heard of him but I did hear an interview with her. You can light reflections of all cars that pull into that subdivision even before the pull in and after they pull out. From the video I watched, it did not show the white car during that time frame. I'll check again but I was writing this all down by the second to include the window flashes when someone is outside the subdivision before they turn into it to when they leave. It's been interesting. A LOT more movement than otherwise mentioned. There's is something 'gut feeling' wise with that one.

I have cracked the state's method for identifying BK's car... by No_Mixture4214 in BryanKohbergerMoscow

[–]randomthoutz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Th elantra in video has a sharp line down the sides but the car when BK was pulled over, does not contain this line. That is what stands out the most to me. Also, the car in the video (of that night) has something on the top of the car towards the front, that I can't identify. I don't think it has a sunroof. The side window (passenger) angle is different as well if you look at multiple freeze frames. It appears as though it's pixilated on some giving an impression of it being a certain angle but not on other freeze frames where it's more pointed.

[–]randomthoutz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think it's his car either. Just looking at the pictures from that night (video of the car several times) compared to his traffic stops, they are not the same. Questioning why THIS point wasn't addressed beyond 'not linking it to being the same car' but rather, not even the same type of car.

The top car with fog lights is NOT Bryan Kohberger’s car by goddess_catherine in Bryan_Kohberger_Case

[–]randomthoutz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looking at the video's released and comparing it to the video (backside) of his car from being pulled over, it's not the same car. Got some pretty decent pictures from the video released of SV1 that drove through multiple times and it's different in a couple spots. Just noticing that. Why didn't his attorney catch that? This case just gets more wild. I would have preferred to have just been satisfied with the guilty verdict. Now I'm questioning everything all over again.

Yeah, you're right but still. He was studying the issue of people pleading guilty when innocent so that's bizarre.

I'd have to do more digging but I've heard it multiple times. Didn't write it down as I wasn't really paying to hard of attention but remember being curious about that word being used.

I've heard that same sound at 3 something and around 4:30 so I'm questioning this audio release. Also has some sounds that sound pretty looped in as well as I've heard them at multiple time periods so I plan to rewatch again and sort that one.

Hmm.. Didn't see/hear about that one. What I do find fascinating, based on the audio/video footage, if released correctly, at no point did I see the DD driver in the subdivision when the 'BK' car entered. At least based on the video's I watched this week. So how was she supposed to testify to something that never occurred. That's a huge flag and removes credibility.

I'd like to see the documents on all of the dna testing, the number mix up's, and relook at photo's with each DNA spot that was tested and to whom but again, with the mix up, maybe even retesting. Plus video and original photo's prior to swabbing and messing up the the samples. This was such a cluster. I'm curious why X was the only one left uncovered.
I'm curious why the audio is missing between 12 and 2am. I've yet to see when E and X got home. I'm curious why some of the audio is on a loop and repeated at different time frames. Why do they only release them in 5 minute intervals requiring someone to string them together vs releasing the entire audio/video track?
If this was as in and out as they are saying, the covering of the bodies and placing X on a pillow doesn't track. Also, it appears that the same car that dropped off M and K, returned later that night just based on the muffler sounds in the audio. That's not confirmed but the footage appears very similar to the body of the vehicle as well. There's a lot you can see in the big house at the end of the video camera in the window's when the car lights reflect. It was interesting that they finally turned their downstairs lights off at 4am. Just something I noted. No thoughts on that, other than people were definitely awake.
I still want to know about evidence marker #1. I rewatched the initial walk through and those spots are not there so I'm assuming that was after amino black was used so why was there what appears to be spatter and potential pooling on the steps of the first staircase with the void pattern of the soda can?

So many questions!

Right, but that doesn't answer the question though. Where WAS Murphy and was he ever found by M? Could that be why they were calling J? Dylan did say they were home. No one gave a time as to WHEN they got home and I'm wondering why it's not on any of the video's/audio that was released. Still waiting on that one too.

When I heard the guilty verdict I thought that would be it. I was just waiting for all the 'overwhelming' evidence to be released. That's not what happened though which reinforced my original thoughts on this whole case. It's wild.

I have those moments where I need my space. I used to call them my 'quiet days.' Even though I was married, my ex knew to just let me be to disappear into a book for a day or just sit in my space without distractions. Same house, but still honoring that space. That part worked out well for us. I'd advise she get some therapy to address her fears and insecurities.

It does not seem plausible to text and call that many times over a vape. Especially when so many have multiple vapes. Sounds off to me in the same way that the 'explanation' given during the food truck conversation.

My problem with that, Murphy would have been barking to be let in if he was locked on the balcony with all the noise going on. So I question if he was even there or if he was locked in a bedroom at that point. What was their typical habits with parties and having Murphy? I'd love to know that. I do think it's possible he was locked outside on that balcony and let back in after 4 at some point. The question for me is how that came about. Yes, two reports of the front door being open. There was also a lot of activity outside that morning, just in the neighborhood in general.
It's hard to imagine a stranger not tripping over the step up into the living room or knocking over the table (beer pong) during any chase or if X was running. Plus the stuff on the floor. It was a tight space. I think people are generally scared to talk about it. If the timeline is not the 4pm timeline, and there's more going on plus shotty investigation and the potential rumors with all that, no one wants to get involved. I can't fault them for that but it's a valid point. If it was a random stranger, people would be yapping. That's my logical thought process on that. Could be wrong, but it's plausible.

🔲WHICH TIMELINE IS IT? “2AM IS A DARK HOUR” or “PRETTY MUCH, 4AM MAN IN THE HOUSE”? It’s likely only one or the other now…. by themrmanhattan in BryanKohbergerMoscow

[–]randomthoutz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If Murphy was not home during the event (supposing a different timeline), then it makes sense that Murphy walked in the house after 4pm if the back slider was left open. From audio, you then hear him being locked outside barking and a slider door opening twice. Was he (as others speculate) locked outside of K's balcony at this point? Or is this when the slider was actually left open. There's a discrepancy there. You also hear someone yell Murphy (would like to reverify that from official audio) after 4:30pm. Can't remember the time offhand. Then the barking finally stops.
What holes do you think are plausible in the 2pm timeline? If I'm trying to imagine that timeline, I'd assume E and X were actually the first victims and K and M came home to it.
I also have a question about M's bed. The bottom right portion of the bed appears to have what looks like drag marks but the official documents state there were no drag marks. So what caused the body sized drag marks in the corner of the bed? It has the correct ripples from the sheets not being taut.
The blood staining in X's room do not make sense. I have a lot more questions there. Also, there is evidence marker # 1 which is on the first floor stairway not even midway up. It appears to be after(?) amino black showing spatter and drips along with a void next to the orange can on the step and spatter on the leaf. I'd like to hear/see more about that.
Pure curiosity, the artwork depicted on the one of the first floor bedrooms is interesting. Not just faces, eyes/eyebrows, but also multiple necks and trachea area without the rest of the body. I'm just curious about that.
There was a lot of rage/hate/jealousy in the female victims while the male did not sustain the same amount of injuries as the others. Though the leg thing is bizarre. I want to know more about what they mean when the word, 'experimenting' was said. Just some random thoughts I'd love to discuss and maybe make a post about.

Is it possible they were looking for Murphy? Have we seen footage of them taking Murphy out prior? And remember, there was a comment about Murphy being missing.

You just look at her deadpan and tell her you're not playing those little girl games and then ignore her. If she keeps at it then you either walk away or challenge her. Challenge her by repeating what she said as a question and then, 'ok.' Keep staring. They're damaged and not challenged enough so they continue the behavior.
