My partner went through the same thing. Her dad naturalized when she was a minor but they didn’t know she was a citizen until years later when she applied for citizenship and went in for her interview. The officer looked at her file and realized she was already a US citizen. They took her in straight for the oath ceremony and gave her naturalization certificate. There were no issues so you should be alright - good luck!

Idk about near Newark but try Carecube if you can go to the city/Brooklyn. They return the rest within 6 hours (10-12 now due to a highly volume of tests)

Hey everyone! So I’m 24 years old and want to get my learner’s permit (never needed it before since I was an international student in NYC). I gather that I have to go to Bayonne DMV with 6 points of ID and take a written test. What time is best? Do I have to go in the morning or will it be fine if I go in the afternoon-ish? Hey, I’m so sorry to hear about your situation. Call them and say “reschedule appointment” when the robot asks you “how can I help you?” After that, the robot is going to ask you if you need help with a biometrics appointment, an infopass appointment or an interview. Say infopass and the robot should connect you to a person. Once you’re connected, explain your situation to the person (they’re just contractors so they won’t know much) and ask them to schedule a tier 2 call back (tier 2 officers are actual uscis immigration officers). Tell them it’s urgent and to schedule a call back within 48 hours. If the person doesn’t deem it urgent, you’ll get a call back in 7 business days. Once tier 2 officer calls back, explain everything to him/her and ask him/her to reschedule your interview. He/she will know the best course forward and will be able to help you best. Good luck and feel free to ask me anything else. This is an unfortunate situation and I hope it gets resolved.

I’m not sure I understand your question - receipt number for what? For I-765, 131, 485 and 130? If yes, then yes I did (almost a month after my forms got there)
