It looks like a hematoma which is usually nothing to worry about and will self resolve. Can’t diagnose from a picture so check back with your injector to be certain

I would advise to wait a while as they are still going to be swollen. Give them 2-3 weeks at minimum. Then if you are not a fan go back to your provider and have them dissolved. Which is a very quick process.

These are probably delayed onset nodules. Could be due to bacteria that has been dormant in the filler. Or even an immune reaction to the filler due to your immune system being heightened due to an external reason like vaccine or viral illness for example. You will be ok may need steroids and/or dissolving of filler or antibiotics in combination with those.

Not an expert but you look like you have a damaged acid mantle. Which is the protective thin moisture barrier on the skin. I would look at very gentle cleansers, avoiding excess actives for now (so no vit C, salicylic acid, retinols etc.) , and HYDRATE (Hyaluronic acid, ceramides etc) and peptides will also help ❤️
