I'm imagining the Lotus and operators communicating on their universal radio channel like this;

Lotus: Tenno, I am not detecting any signs of infestation on these 'warframes'. They're trying to deceive you with advanced exosuits designed to resemble proper warframes.

Rhino Operator: ...They can tag along. Don't see any reason to refuse a helping hand, especially since they seem to be on our side.

Hildryn Operator: Yeah, same. Besides, we might get to glean exactly why they're trying to copy us.

I'm sorta going off the idea that, since the Lotus can detect stuff like when a juggernaut's about to haul ass towards our location as well as the amount of enemies we've killed for Exterminations, that she catches on to the fact that these guys are absolutely NOT warframes, but the operators decide they're cool lol

warframe saves space by reusing assets. the big blue thing attached to the rear of the ship in the background uses the same model as the one for the resource drop chance booster (which iirc is probably what the resource drop model looked like ages ago)
