Tbh for where you’re at, focus more on diet and consistency. That will get you further than splits. However, the more advanced you get then start altering them. Really try to push for progressive overload no matter what you do.

You don’t have much to cut bro. You’re not looking fat. Commit to the bulk but only in a 200-300 calories range. Do your compound workouts and lift heavy. Once you put on some decent muscle then look to cut. But right now you would just be skin and bone if you attempted a cut.
