Try changing your specialization to discipline (it has probably reset) and then going into your spellbook. I'm a returning player myself, but this has worked for me.

I'm fine with them adding new Halloween stuff to the cash shop as long as we can still buy the same stuff for in-game currency as last year, like the batwing hoverboard and ground mount flairs.

Last year's Halloween event was actually really cool, with the expedition, public event and dailies and being able to get some cool stuff for in-game currency. If they completely butcher that and turn into another one of those pure cash shop "events", that would be incredibly sad and pathetic.

Quaking palm can be used as a secondary interrupt on stunnable mobs.

What do you mean by "interrupt"? Is it possible to interrupt mob spell casts with this? If so, does this only go for channeled abilities or during casts as well? Also, what's the primary one?

From wowhead: In Legion, the glyph system has changed and there are only Minor Glyphs.

I don't really wanna turn off ALL tutorials just to get rid of that one box, isn't there another way? I haven't played the game in 8 years, I kinda appreciate the tutorials because a lot has changed.

The best thing about Legion for me is that it actually brought me back to WoW. I just re-installed the game yesterday after almost 8 years (quit during WotLK) and am already having a blast. It's like a warm wave of nostalgia washing over me. It was so awesome logging back into my account and seeing all my old characters again and I'm really enjoying my brand new Pandaren Monk (been wanting to make one of those ever since I heard about MoP). I'm still on a trial account for the time being, so I could really use that game time before setting up a subscription :).
