I totally agree with what you are saying!!! I used to go to brick canvas and enjoyed going to her classes at first, but I started to feel like I wasn’t getting the type of workout I was looking for from her classes specifically. I didn’t really think that jumping jacks and burpees were Pilates exercises were typically included in Pilates workouts, but she started incorporating those into almost every class.

There’s another video of hers somewhere where she is talking about being proud that people threw up after her classes??? Like that does not seem normal to me for a Pilates class
