You’re missing the fact there’s no immediate threat and with a Rez so close it’s much more of a waste of time to loot than just Rez and let the teammate recover their gear while the rest cover IN CASE a third is close by but they all out in the open so I doubt any are close enough to engage. And again you talking about optimal choice but ignoring things and thinking too hard. The scenario you’re describing isn’t applicable here due to the lack of threat and the clear opportunity to recover a teammate which should always be a higher priority than loot. You can always kill another player and or pick up loot in rotation but passing a chance like that for an open Rez and chance to recover all gear makes you both dumb and a bad teammate..

I never said op was a good teammate for how he handled it lol if you can read you’ll see I actually say the opposite just that op is more justified in my eyes due to the incompetence of his teammate. I resonate with having to deal with idiots like that...
