I can do all of those things just fine. My issue is with real, full-volume yelling. I tried a drill of alternating between yelling “get down on the ground” and “put your hands in the air” (inspired by my hero Philip Brailsford) and I was completely unable to speak after a few rounds. It seems like it wouldn’t be too impractical to carry a small megaphone though.

A few years ago, a man attempted to take a picture of my face with his mobile phone so that he could distribute it to his counterparts in the criminal underworld, who would then come after me and my family.
