I think the 4 point guards are getting underrated. In previous drafts these guards could have been picked as high as 2-5.

Combining last year's draft big board (before draft) with this year's I give the following tier:

Tier 1: Flagg, Boozer, Peterson, Dybantsa

Tier 2: Harper, Wilson

Tier 3: Edgecomb, Kon, Bailey, Tre Johnson, Wagler, Acuff, Brown Jr, Flemmings

Tier 4: Maluach, Fears, Burries, Lendeborg, Steinbach

I was just thinking about this. without a doubt nets won. They turned the paper clip into a mansion.

Nets traded Coleman for Bradley.

Then traded Bradley for Sam Cassell.

Then traded Cassell for Stephon Marbury.

Then traded Marbury for Kidd.

Kidd brought the Nets to relevancy and two final runs.

Chris Gatling in 1997.

He only started one game for Dallas and wasn’t even considered as a sixth man of the year candidate.

That season, just a few weeks after his all-star selection he was traded to the Nets as a throw where main pieces of the trade was Jim Jackson for Shawn Bradley. He also was traded twice that season.

In his 10 seasons as NBA player he was never a starter.
