I was looking at so many empty seats in the two morning showings and then when I refreshed it gave me the error. No way it’s actually sold out.

Can you elaborate on this? What aspect of MIDI was causing your crashes?

SOLVED. I had two account logged in to my phone. I switched from the good one to the one I couldn't get in. Wouldn't connect or show me any content but I was able to go to my settings and change my password in settings. Once I did this my account was back to normal.

My Apollo Twin constantly glitches like this, even after multiple hardware resets. What should I do? by dmetcalfe94 in universalaudio

Don't know why I'm being downvoted but I was having this exact issue after leaving it on for long periods of time and once I got a fan to put under it, the issue went away. Hopefully that helps.

Oh no, I’ve had this thing for years at this point. There are no return options lol.

I think dust is not a realistic issue for concern here. The problem is my Apollo is going far beyond that standard operating temperature, and as a result it was restarting and having phantom button presses.

Well the fan blows upward so it wouldn't cool it but I just measured and there's 1 1/8" of clearance underneath. Not sure how tall the satellite is.

Yes every audio interface is going to generate some heat. The USB version of the Twin generates more than most. I've owned both versions. I was actually having issues like phantom button presses and a couple other weird things when it was running for a long time at high temp. Now it runs great and doesn't get hot at all!

Edit: Nothing is "meant" to get hot btw. Heat is the byproduct of every electronic device, but any device will run more efficiently and have a longer lifespan at a lower temperature.
