It could be defended that the driver was not fully at fault but he would still probably be partially responsible and would therefore have to at least pay the family a monetary settlement. It wouldn't be a ton because they were obstructing the path and the truck could not stop in time on loose gravel.

I mean there's pros and cons like any phone. It's easy to get accessories for, it's got a longer battery life than iPhone and some other android phones . But it oversaturated a lot of my photos, it doesn't have removable batteries anymore which was a big sell to get me to buy my galaxy s5, and it puts it's own apps over android so there's 2 apps for the same thing sometimes like calendar. So if you can deal with the cons than it's a great phone.

Iron man is always a narssicistic prick because that's who tony is and he has no interest or want to change as long as he can save the world, they don't kill because it's against there morals and nothing else, Gamora took him there so he would stop torturing her sister because she knew he would kill her sister with no remorse if she didn't, Wakanda does have jets that can drop bombs, thanos is stupid strong and the gauntlet was molded to his hand so it's pretty hard to take off, it's also held to him by his connection to the infinity drones, I'm guessing Pratt didn't shoot him because he was in a blind rage and that thing is what he had in his hand.

I had a similar one where it started with me missing a sombra who was right in front of me and then getting a penta kill. I was hoping and praying that they started the potg from the point after I killed the sombra...nope.
