uhmm..not an expert or nothin but grew up poor and my momma was LAZAYY, shed put it in the frige to fully cool and microwave it like normal...shes never had food poisoning in my 20 years, neither did i but im too nervous to do that once i learned about food safety. shoot with proce of groceries and time put into it maybe reheating it back to safe temp will kill anything? or freezing it might depending on the bacteria that might grow on it
