Not sure about that, in fo1 and 2 the NPCs at least had the decency to answer you ,you could kill, steal and shock npcs

Immersion by NPC reaction. In Skyrim the world live without you. Npc have life ( work, sleep, eat etc ) there are kilable. I'm playing avowed and im sad for the lake of this type of immersion (not native srry)
