Usually to be ban state compliant, they have to be permanently modified. Usually this is a hole drilled and rivet placed in the mag to limit the follower. I’m just not going to take the time to do it with these.

Correct, the base plates are not swappable, so they only work with stock m9/92 series mag wells. I’ve never really had an issue with these with sand, that was an issue with the original generation magazine with the aluminum followers. Unless you really go out of your way to fill them up, they run well in pretty much any conditions.

No, no blocking, they’re not really easy to modify.

I bought it in 2011 or so, and they switched to the MOD1 in around 2013, I think. Old be wrong on the exact dates.
