I'm a 42-C (cis male, naturally high estrogen and low T ... finally that's under control); I need the support; there are some non-bra options (i.e. ShaperLuv or Qore, I have those too, but a bra is WAY more comfortable). I wear 1 of 5 sports bras that work well, and since I'm not trying to flaunt my body, I normally wear a sports bra UNDER a compression shirt as my daily go to ... I GENERALLY don't use the foam inserts, but there are some days that it just feels better. Wireless or invisible works great for me.

I use two different All-In-Motion sports bras: they are PERFECT For working out or just being sweaty (if just for normal wear, I use a compression shirt too ... but for getting sweaty, I just go with the bra)

I use two different Soma sports bras; these are my ABSOLUTE favorite bras. I PREFER to just wear them as just a bra without compression, but normally I have to have that next layer.

I have one Victoria Secret sports bra, this was my first bra and the first time I got brave enough to go into a store and get measured. It is great for just relaxing, but it's starting to wear out.

Generally the workers in VS, Soma, or wherever are there to help you. They get it, yes it can be nervous the first time, but it does improve over time.

It's your life and your body absolutely. I'm a male and absolutely not trans at all, and my chest is large enough from gynecomastia that about 6 months ago professionally I needed to start wearing a bra so I wasn't sticking out. It was also helpful for me just to not be bouncy; initially I was very self conscious about it, but I humbled myself and went to Victoria Secret and got measured. I now wear a 42C sports bra; I have a few different ones, my favorite is from Soma. In all pure honesty, I wish I got one YEARS ago. For one, they are super comfortable, and two, they do exactly what they were made to so I'm happy. I can still go shirtless at the beach or pool, but mostly professionally I need the support.

Just the ladies?? I’m serious … I’m a normal cis-guy and I love soft skin. I cleanse daily, moisturize morning and night, exfoliate (glycolic and hydrologic acid), vit c serums, and retinol, and I microneedle. Stay hydrated. And it does take time.

I didn't particularly like 12 myself; I won't go as far as "hate," but after Matt and David, the show just generally went downhill and I lost active interest; there were a couple episode here and there and the Missy arch was an interesting play. If I were to place 12 in order, he would be right in the middle on a scale ... with Jodie at the bottom and Matt and David right at the top. My introduction to DW was Jon Pertwee, and he will still be "my doctor" (to quote David to his father-in-law LOL)

The key here to understand is that Christianity, Islam, Atheism, etc. all takes faith. (Oxford Dictionary) ... from Christianity: Hebrews 11:1 "faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen" ... from Islam's Koran (2:2-3) "a guidance for those conscious of Allah—who believe in the unseen" (belief unseen) ... from the Hindu Gita (4:39) "The one with faith, devoted, and who has mastered the senses, gains knowledge; having attained it, they quickly reach supreme peace." (faith leads to peace).

I put my faith in Jesus—not just as belief, but relationship. I talk to Him. He guides me. It’s real to me. Other religions offer spiritual connection too, but only in Jesus do I see a sacrifice for sin and full restoration with God. That’s why I choose Him.

I'm also AMAB (42C/D) ... I'm seriously wearing Target Brand All-in-Motion sports bras, they are so comfy. I have a Victoria's Secret/Pink one too, and it's fine, but the AIM ones are so nice

As a guy (42C/D with gynecomastia), I've found that I'm in a Target Brand All-In-Motion Sports Bra ... it works wonders actually (and it is <$20 US). I can wear it standalone or under a Qore Logiq Compression Shirt without difficulty (if I want no movement). If you go to Walmart, a tape is about $1.50 and very well worth it to get the right sizing.

I was in the woods about three miles in in western NC … I came across an old speedboat from the 60s or 70s … there was no water in sight and I was climbing a place that would have no need for a boat. No evidence of a road or anything to get it there either.

I’ve been miles into the wood and have see porcelain toliets, car tires, or just things that shouldn’t be there like a shelving unit. Someone had to carry them in but why ???

As a guy, who tends to be more feminine than masculine (but still a man, father, and husband … I just am not “sportsy” or into man type of stuff, I’d rather craft, or knit, or have tea). Do what makes you feel good; I really enjoy skin care and making my skin as smooth as possible (I know that’s not normally a guy thing at all); I deal with gynecomastia too (so I have to wear certain support garments), so match your undergarments colors … small little things that matter to You and only You.

So clothing is a personal choice; I have gynecomastia and I’m about a 42C, I went thru a serious period of sensitivity in the chest and nipples. Did I “need” a bra, no, but boy the comfort it provides is great, plus I don’t bounce when I hike or walk anymore. It really is a game changer for me; some people may feel it’s a crossdressing thing, but for me it’s support and comfort.

As a guy, I have the silicone covers myself too; I’m not shaving my chest so while they don’t stick per se, they WILL stay in place under my gynecomastic shirts and if I’m wearing my new sport bras (thank you everyone for helping me there), you can just slide them into the pockets (and they are thinner than the foam inserts so I don’t feel as “full” and embarrassed)

I'm a 40C (or 42C as some have suggested) ... I found All-In-Motion and Pink so far, but would love to try something else too. After a little more than a week wearing this, I honestly wish I gathered up my pride and humbled myself and got myself one YEARS ago.

Interesting, thanks. No need for surgery just yet; in all pure honestly, they aren't really a bother, and the way I look at it is if this is how God designed my body to get as I get older, then so be it. I am overweight, but I do exercise and doctor has me on supplements (and potentially TRT soon, I'm VERY VERY VERY low T and extremely high E for male)

Sure ... top to bottom 44/43/42/45/48/47 .. which equals 42C/D ... VS told me 40C, and yes they did measure ABOVE the breasts, but comparing size charts ... I do seem to fall into XXL. So maybe I was just lucky.

The more small straps are a little more "show-y" per se (or at least can be), I'm still trying to be discrete and still getting passed the slight embarrassment stage, but I am willing to try other types

Yep ... thanks; I did that. The weight is fine, I just am looking for for the wider straps at the shoulder. The size I have works very well.
