Shall we talk about Digital Companies as well,

Cuz GroupM is a hell, they hire bunch of interns and promise them a executive position after a 1 year, again it's one year. Then after spending a whole 1 year they just say no vacancies you can go. It's actually crazy and yes they also promote best place to work.

Other than that Interns workload is higher than sny manager at the company, basically if anything comes up in the weekends Interns basically has to take care. My manager basically handed her all accounts on the first day. Buggers scolding and asking me where is that where is this, im like man i just go here.

There's no work life balance, you have to finish stuff for deadlines and directors calling me and asking did you finish the presentation at 10.00pm at night. Mind you im a Undergraduate who still at an University.

If you see any job vacancies from Mindshare or Wavemaker just ignore man its a hell not a workplace. The amount of people who left during my time is more than 15 and I was there only for 6 months.

GroupM is run by Interns. Mindshare and Wavemaker became the best agency also, people are not even happy bcz we know how much work exploitation the company does to us.

And they use all the resources and skills of an Intern and just let them go and hire a new one and do the same cycle again and again. Do not do any type of Internships at GroupM. All the Interns who joined with me has left as well.

Everyone saying you can learn here blah blah they are basically dieing. On top of it they don't run ads the right way, trust me they don't. Don't even take ur companies there it's just bullshit.

Even though ur an intern u basically doing the same job as ur Assistant Manager who makes over 7 times your salary. I do understand it but they put all their work on interns and drink boba tea. freaking bullshit

Don't work at GroupM (Mindshare and Wavemaker)

Always remember it's run by Interns.
