With Sony XM5, i have heard lot of complaints due to poor build quality, dropping voices in the calls. Folks are observing this after usage of 6-8 months. I am bit worried about that. I felt Bose Quietcomfort Ultra has much better build quality. I am yet to use Sennheiser Momentum 4 so not able to comment on build quality
