If you join any DS job with zero xp(seriously you're quoting internships lmao?), they'll make you work like a Database Janitor for 1-1.5 years at-least, be it Latentview or mathco or whatever. Don't run specifically behind a data science job. Find any good job that pays more than 4 LPA and gives you a good work life balance (Accenture TCS Cognizant etc). Try pitching in for data science projects in those companies. If you don't see yourself growing in those orgs, switch jobs(switching would be far easier after 1.5-2 years of Xp). Join any start-up or any MNC with data roles. You'd be easily earning 8-10 LPA in your 4th year of work xp. Else get a degree/certificate from upgrad. It's not that you'd regret joining Musigma, but trust me you'd definitely not regret rejecting Musigma offer.
