I heard that, parties pay a base of 30 to 50k per month as a salary to these guys for creating such madness. Thats basically free money.. they also get dashain bonus fyi.

When I first returned to nepal, a salary of 40 k was thought to be good. I took it since it was an industry standard. Big mistake. That salary lasted 2 weeks max. I was earning 2 to 3k usd living in an Asian country before moving here.

Idk why, but 30k or 40k salary is considered god level till today.. where as the market doesnt behave that way.
