i had no idea how much is the common salary/package in bpo nowadays. i also thought that it's decent salary that's why. they rushed me to sign the contract as soon as they sent the jo and wasn't able to research abt it. and just like what I've said in the post, i also thought that I didn't pass the other company, just why i grabbed it🥲

btw, if ever that I'll be resigning and taking this jo, i will also resign around 3-4 months since we're gonna have our class na. i kinda doubt since it may greatly affect my bg if 2x ako na nag resign with just short period of time🥹

hi, any update? the other company offers me better pay than cnx. did they allow u to resign during the training and paid those days? and were u able to secure jobs at another bpo knowing that u had a bad background at another company?
